Forte is pleased to announce that Renee Davis is joining the company and will serve as Executive Vice President of Operations.

Renee’s experience in the insurance claims industry has been focused primarily on leading diverse teams and influencing business decisions and outcomes in the areas of workforce efficiency, vendor management and training and development. She has a proven track record of inspiring excellence and managing top-performing teams through metric analyses and employee development programs.

Renee has over 20 years of experience in the insurance claims industry, most recently working as Senior Manager in claims at Allstate Insurance Company. Throughout her years with Allstate, Renee received extensive technical training in insurance adjusting, attained the SCLA designation from the Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators, she was awarded the Distinguished Performance Award and is a two-time recipient of the Chairman’s Award. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on marketing from Stephen F Austin State University.
