Shari has over 30 years of experience in the insurance claims industry, most recently as a Senior Claims Manager at Allstate Insurance Company. She is passionate about client relationships and operational excellence, and has a proven track record in process improvement, operational efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Shari has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and as an Account Manager, she will oversee projects for select clients, ensuring consistency, customization, and quality. Shari’s knowledge and experience will positively impact our clients as well as the operations team here at Forte.
